SHORT COURSES WORKSHOP

 

We provide short basic to advanced contemporary and traditional sewing course workshops to teach learners how to sew the latest technique of dressmaking that comes with a simple style design. 

You will learn to draft and create the pattern of the front and back pieces then cut fabric, and step by step how easy the sewing method will be taught and use a domestic machine until complete your beautiful dress. The apparel is a perfect definition of women's and men's wear is easy to sew and customize in a gazillion different styles to make your own unique piece in the future.

The main objective of this course is to teach learners how to do basic dressmaking. The learner will learn to take a measurement, draft the pattern, and sew by machine. They will understand the basic principles of sewing techniques and adhering add-ons to fabrics. At the end of this course, learners can read the patterns and how to layouts and cut on the correct grainline.

DIPLOMA SEWING COURSES

  

The diploma course teaches more advanced skills beyond what you have learned and combines them to become more sophisticated and develop unique projects with a variety of techniques you will learn with guidance on how to take accurate measurements, create pieces, sew on appliques, gems, and extras jewelry that fits the clothes according to the design and body shape.

The Sewing Diploma course gives you more confidence in how to tackle any small problems that may arise from a variety of difficult materials, fabric cuts, and problem-solving in sewing, plus you can create professional-grade garments from custom patterns using hand and machine stitching. techniques to work as a dressmaker or a career in fashion.

It also provides practical instruction on advanced stitches and sewing techniques including pattern-making skills are covered comprehensively.  It is still important to learn how to make the garments' design for the fabric type or more difficult to use. You will learn how to employ a variety of hand and machine stitches and gain an understanding of when each should be used.

Besides that, this lesson will teach you how to create your own custom-made projects, a great way to learn the basic advanced principles of garment creation is by understanding and being able to follow commercial patterns. Alteration couturier as a new career.

You can start or move on to a new career if you are interested in a sewing career that does not have to go to a Fashion Sewing School to pay for an expensive training course that you will have to complete a few years or leave your current job.

This short course program is where you can have express learning about ready-made garments or custom-made garments for mending or repair as an alteration job or work with fashion shops.  After training, alternatively,  you can also approach local alteration businesses where you can offer your services as a freelancer/part-timer when the demand arises.  The skills of altering and custom-fitting or readymade clothing are now in high demand throughout the fashion and retail sectors

This course is open to a person who has sewing knowledge, however, we still welcome newcomers who are interested in alteration jobs and will be guided by our expert trainer. The training period is about an estimated 4.5 months to provide you with proper skills. 

Alteration Specialist is designed for those who want to be employed in alterations in the apparel industry. They will develop skills in advanced clothing construction, tailoring, and couture techniques appropriate for a variety of fabrics and designs, and fitting techniques for all types of apparel. They will develop the ability to select appropriate fashion fabrics, interfacing, and lining materials for specific items of apparel.  They also will be able to alter and repair ready-made garments in entry-level positions in the alteration profession for retailers, the dry-cleaning industry, or their own alteration establishment.

The Alterations course teaches you the professional techniques and skills needed for a career in the ready-to-wear clothing alterations trade. Learn how to perform core techniques for altering and repairing clothes. Gain expert techniques and tips taught by an industry professional.

ADVANCED SEWING COURSES

This class is designed to empower Learners with the ability to skillfully sew basic outfits and quickly advance to the next level of sewing with ease. Learners will learn to apply these skills to the creation of personal items of apparel. In this course, Learners will be taught how to use a variety of sewing technology methods and equipment to develop their skills for making clothes, flat patterns and advanced industrial techniques practices.

This intermediate (advanced) sewing program is a more comprehensive course for Individual learning (1 to 1) with a flexible schedule of candidates’ arrangements (subject to availability).

Also, the course is planned for learners who wish to further study knowledge in the field of advanced sewing. Learners will be able to learn how to generate and apply ideas, concepts, and visual research to reflect originality and innovation in the design process.

And, it also helps learners to explore the importance of fabrics and sewing techniques and develop original garment designs in harmony with current trends in sewing courses.
